This medium high bluff view home was an award winning design several years ago in “Better Homes & Gardens” Magazine. Expansive modern interior spaces and clean crisp finishes provide an amazing domestic environment from which to appreciate the beauty of the sunrise every day of the year across the Puget Sound and Cascade Mountains beyond. Anderson windows used throughout the home are scaled both to capture the views and create interesting design schemes of their own. Cabinets of maple and interior woodwork of hemlock, with extensive oak floors, warm this very contemporary home.  The owner’s personal recording studio faces Mt. Baker and is connected to the great room via a lovely pair of French doors.
The day light basement is the full foot print of the home allowing ample square footage for a complete guest area and recreation room.
